With Mott MacDonald and Arup being two very large very high profile examples of how employee ownership can work well for large firms, I think the benefits are worth a further look. Feedback from the next generations of talent are that they want engagement and to feel part of something meaningful so the 'if you make it to the top you can get your reward' structures will come more and more under challenge.
