Really good news for law firms as the increased presence of a new, business focused, highly resourced, highly capable competitor with a strong brand and access to a huge range of clients entering the market can only cause excitement...

Would expect this one to be well equipped as their knowledge of how a whole range of their law firm clients work and the ongoing access to detailed law firm management data to compare themselves to gives them a fabulous platform to build from. 

On a more serious note - I remain amazed that firms are comfortable with sharing their detailed financial metrics with Deloitte. Is akin to the unlikely scenario of Sainsburys being allowed to run Tesco's clubcard programme for them...
